“Every American of legal age has the right to vote in every election. No State legislature can presume it has the authority to deny, restrict or compromise this right guaranteed under the Constitution. This overt and presumptuous action of Republican controlled State Legislatures in passing such restrictive and unreasonable laws is to deny minority voters from casting their ballot. The realignment of voting districts has been configured, denying minorities of equal representation. This Republican led attempt to manipulate the ballot box coupled with the manner in which ballots are accepted and counted, is a deceptive and fraudulent attempt to control the outcome of elections, therefore ignoring the will of the people.
This unprecedented move by State Legislatures is an action that has been promulgated solely by the Republican Party. This action to exclude and/or discourage voters from exercising their right to cast a ballot, is an outright affront to Democracy. The GOP is now the “Grabbers of Power” in attempt to undermine Democracy and to deny the people the rights to which they are guaranteed under the Constitution. The facts are crystal clear; the Republican Party has embraced “the replacement theory” along with the White Supremacy groups and other cults that are part of over 1000 hate groups operating in this Country with the goal of destroying Democracy. The Republican Party has chosen an anti-American path to follow in order to have Power over the People.
The fact that former President Trump has publicly championed this move at his Rallies along with members of Congress and the Senate who, at government expense, have attended similar rallies supporting this movement to “cleanse this nation” of minorities must be stopped at the ballot box by voting for Democrats who are the voice of the people and the true voice of Democracy. It is apparent that the majority of the Supreme Court of this Country has been bought and paid for by President Trump and the Republican Party. Now where do we turn for Justice in this nation?
